Refund & Return Policy
At Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique, we want every Queen to love her pieces. While we do not offer cash refunds, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.
• All approved returns are issued as a digital store credit (e-gift card).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• A $10 return label fee will be deducted from your store credit for all mail-in returns.
14-Day Return Window
• In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Online purchases must be returned within 14 days from the date tracking shows delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return for store credit:
- Items must be returned within the 14-day return window.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
- Original tags must be attached and the item in its original condition.
- A receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Discounted, clearance, and marked-down items
- Accessories (jewelry, handbags, hats, etc.)
- Intimates, bodysuits, shapewear, and swimwear
- Gift cards and Bella Bucks
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and work to correct the issue with an exchange or store credit if approved.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@sleepcutefashions.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Ship your item back using the provided label.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
In-Store Returns
Approved online or in-store purchases may be returned in-store if all conditions above are met. Please bring your item and proof of purchase. All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
Late or Unapproved Returns
Returns that do not meet our policy (late, worn, damaged, missing tags, or final sale items) may be:
- Declined and shipped back to you at your expense, or
- Donated without store credit issued.
