5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship from Rock Hill, South Carolina. Shipping speeds begin after order processing. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

6. Returns & Store Credit

  • All approved returns are for store credit only.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.
  • Sale, clearance, accessories, intimates, bodysuits, shapewear, swimwear, gift cards, and Bella Bucks are final sale.
  • A $10 return label fee is deducted for mailed returns.

7. Bella Bucks & Rewards

  • Bella Bucks have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • Promotions and discounts may be changed or removed at any time.
  • Only one discount may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

8. Customer Photos & Reviews

By tagging us or submitting content, you grant us permission to use your content for marketing purposes without compensation.

9. Prohibited Activity

  • Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized use of our branding or content is prohibited.
  • Interference with site security is prohibited.
