Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique Consultant Fashion Rep Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Consultant Fashion Representative Program (“Program”) operated by Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique (“Company”). By enrolling as a Consultant Fashion Representative (“Rep” or “Consultant”), you agree to comply with all policies, responsibilities, and requirements outlined below.

 

1. Program Overview

 

The Consultant Fashion Rep Program allows independent individuals to market, sell, and promote Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique products.

Participants earn commissions, discounts, and bonuses based on their personal sales and team-building efforts.

 

2. Eligibility

 

To participate in the program, you must:

 

• Be 18 years or older.
• Reside in the United States.
• Have a valid email address and bank account.
• Agree to abide by all program policies.

 

3. Enrollment Options

 

Option A: Free Plan

 

• Cost: $0 to join.

 

• Benefits:
  
• Earn 30% commission on every sale.
• 25% personal shopping discount on boutique products.
• Access to online training and basic marketing materials.
  

 

• Requirement to Stay Active: Must complete one (1) sale every 90 days

 

Option B: Premium Starter Plan

 

• Cost: $35 one-time sign-up fee.

 

• Benefits:
  
• Fast-track onboarding & priority training.
• Additional marketing tools and digital catalogs.
• Exclusive starter kit items and sample materials.
  

 

• Requirement to Stay Active: Same as Free Plan – one (1) sale every 90 days.

 

4. Commission Structure

Reps earn commission on both personal sales and team sales:

 

• Personal Sales:
  

• Earn 30% commission on every sale, online or in-person.
• Team Sales / Downline Commissions:
  

• Direct recruits: Earn 5% commission on their total sales.
• Level 2 recruits: Earn 2% commission on their sales.
  

 

Commission Payments:

 

• Paid every Friday for the week prior sales.
• Payments are issued via direct deposit.

 

5. Personal Shopping Discount

Reps receive a 25% discount on personal purchases for items bought directly through the boutique.

 

Important Rules:

 

• Discount cannot be combined with other coupons unless specified by the company.
• Products purchased for personal use cannot be resold at a higher or lower price than the official boutique price.

 

6. Rewards & Bonus Programs

Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique offers various bonuses and incentive opportunities to reward top-performing reps:

 

6.1 Bella Bucks Rewards

 

• $25 Bella Bucks – Earned when you reach $500 in personal sales in a month.
• $50 Bella Bucks – Earned when you reach $1,000 in personal sales in a month.
• $100 Bella Bucks – Earned when you sign up 3 new reps within a month.

 

Bella Bucks act like store credit and may be used toward boutique purchases.

 

6.2 Top Seller Bonus

• The top-selling rep each month will receive $50 cash OR a free boutique item of their choice.

 

6.3 Team Builder Bonus

• 3 New Recruits in a Month: $35 Bella Bucks.
• 5 New Recruits in a Month: $75 cash bonus.
• 10+ New Recruits in a Month: $150 cash bonus + recognition as a Team Leader.

 

6.4 Seasonal Sales Challenges

• Quarterly contests with special prizes:
  
• Spring Stylist Challenge: First rep to reach $2,500 in quarterly sales wins a free Bella Fashion Box. ($300 Value)
• Holiday Hustle Challenge: Top 3 reps in December earn double commission on one week’s sales.
  

 

6.5 Mystery Box Giveaway

• Each month, one random active rep is selected to receive a free surprise Mystery Fashion Box filled with boutique goodies. (Minimum $150 Value)

 

7. Activity & Inactivity Policy

• Reps must complete one (1) sale every 90 days to remain active.
• If no sale is made within 180 days, the rep account will become inactive, and commissions will be forfeited.
• To return after 180 days, a rep must re-enroll in the program.
• If signed up under Free plan, rep must make a sale or purchase with a $50+ value to remain active within their first 30 days of signup.

 

8. Marketing Guidelines

Reps may promote Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique using:

 

• Digital marketing (social media, emails, etc.).
• In-person events or pop-up shops.
• Home parties.

Rules:

 

• Reps cannot alter or misrepresent pricing.
• Marketing materials provided by the company must be used as-is or with approval.
• Use of the Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique name and logo must follow brand guidelines.

 

9. Independent Contractor Status

Reps are independent contractors, not employees of Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique.

 

This Means:

 

• You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.
• You determine your own hours and work methods.
• No employment benefits (health insurance, retirement, etc.) are provided.

 

10. Payment Policy

• Commissions and bonuses are paid by direct deposit weekly.
• A valid bank account must be on file before payouts.
• If a payment is returned or fails, the rep will be notified to update their information.

 

11. Termination

The company reserves the right to terminate a rep’s account for:

 

• Violations of this agreement.
• Fraudulent activity or false representation.
• Inactivity for more than 180 days.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique is not liable for:

 

• Reps’ earnings, success, or business outcomes.
• Any personal losses resulting from participation in the program.

 

Participation is at your own risk.

 

13. Amendments

The company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Reps will be notified of changes via email or website updates.

 

14. Agreement

By enrolling in the Consultant Fashion Rep Program, you agree to:

 

• Comply with all terms and policies outlined above.
• Act professionally and represent the boutique with integrity.

Compensation Schedule Addendum — Weekly Friday Payouts

Effective October 17, 2025, Consultant commissions will be paid weekly on Fridays for the immediately preceding Monday–Sunday pay period. Payments are issued by Zelle by 6:00pm ET. Balances under $5 roll to the next Friday. Commissions are based on the order subtotal after discounts and before tax/shipping. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks reduce a future payout. Orders must attribute to the Consultant via referral link/code or rep name & rep # at checkout. Disputes must be submitted within 7 calendar days of statement delivery. Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique reserves the right to adjust payout timing for bank holidays and will notify Consultants of any changes.
