This Consultant Fashion Representative Agreement outlines the terms, commission structure, and policies for individuals representing Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique as independent sales representatives.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all policies outlined below.

 

Downline Recruitment & Upline Commission

Signup Fee

 

The Premium Starter Plan has a one=time fee of $35. The Free plan has a $0 signup fee.

 

Recruitment Bonus

 

Consultant Fashion Representatives have the opportunity to grow their team by recruiting new Fashion Reps.

- For each new rep you personally recruit, you will receive a $35 Bella Buck as a one-time recruitment bonus, plus $25 for each new recruit once the new rep completes their first paid order.

- Bonuses are issued within 14 business days after verification of the new rep’s first completed sale.

Upline & Downline Commission Structure

 

To encourage team growth and leadership, Fashion Reps will earn a percentage of their direct downline’s sales:

- Level 1 (Direct Downline): 5% commission on all verified sales.

- Level 2 (Downline of your recruits): 2% commission on all verified sales.


Example:

If you recruit Jane, and Jane recruits Sarah:

- You earn 5% on Jane’s sales.
- You also earn 2% on Sarah’s sales.

 

Upline commissions are in addition to your standard 30% personal commission on your own direct sales.

 

 

Sales Policy

 

- Commissions are calculated monthly and paid out by the 10th of the following month via Direct Deposit.

- Downline sales must follow all pricing and promotional guidelines established by Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique.

- Reps are not allowed to recruit team members under false pretenses or to promise commissions outside of this official structure.

 

Team Integrity Clause

- Any attempt to manipulate downline sales, recruit under fake accounts, or otherwise engage in unethical practices will result in termination of the rep agreement and forfeiture of commissions.

- Kween Bella’s Closet Boutique reserves the right to audit downline sales records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Active Status 

To remain an active Consultant Fashion Rep, you must make at least one (1) sale every 90 days. If you signed up under the Free plan, you must make your first sale or purchase of $50 or more to remain active within 30 days.

• If no sales are made within 90 days, your account will become inactive.
• If you make a sale within 180 days, your account will automatically reactivate.
• If you remain inactive beyond 180 days, you must reapply and sign up again to participate in the program.

Commission & Bonus Payments:

• Monthly commissions & bonuses are paid via Direct Deposit.
• You must have and maintain an active bank account to receive commission payments.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your direct deposit information is current and accurate.
• The one-time $35 Bella Buck will be provided 14 days after new rep has completed their first sale. If local, will receive a physical card. If not local, will receive a coupon code to use Bella Buck online.
